Conductive PE Foam | Anti Static PE Foam for ESD Control–ESD Goods
Conductive polyethylene Foam / conductive pe foam
Conductive PE foam, also known as conductive foam, is manufactured using polyethylene, conductive carbon, and other high-quality additives. The production process involves mixing, granulation, extrusion, irradiation, and heating to create a highly conductive foam material.
Due to its excellent conductivity, conductive PE foam is ideal for packaging applications that involve assemblies with static-sensitive components. It is also suitable for storing ESD (Electro Static Discharge) sensitive elements directly. The foam pads or inserts made from conductive PE foam provide effective protection for non-sensitive ESD-safe components.
Conductive PE Foam Features
- Thickness from 0.5mm to 100mm
- Foam rolls, sheets and customized sizes
- General shock proof and cushioning
- Pin insertion of electronic parts
- Customized inlays by die-cutting
- Should not be used when foam is in direct contact with much anti static sensitive devices
Conductive Foam Applications
Conductive PE foams are used for cargo of electronic elements, desktop computers, servers, network instrumentation, PDP/LCD TVs, printing provides and movable handsets for shielding, and so on.
